Welcome to Techvestly. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing our service.
1. Service Overview
Techvestly provides basic online store setup services for small businesses in Pakistan.
Our starter package is designed to help small business owners launch a simple online store with basic features such as product display, WhatsApp order button, COD option, and basic website setup.
2. Package Price
The starter online store package price is Rs. 2,499.
This price includes basic website setup according to the package details mentioned on our website.
Any extra work, custom design, extra products, extra pages, payment gateway setup, SEO, ads management, advanced features, or special requirements may have separate charges.
3. Monthly Hosting & Maintenance Charges
Each website will have a monthly hosting and maintenance charge of Rs. 500.
This monthly charge is required to keep the website live, active, and maintained.
The Rs. 500 monthly hosting and maintenance fee does not include custom changes, new product uploads, new pages, redesign work, advanced technical work, payment gateway setup, SEO, or marketing services. These services may be charged separately.
If the monthly hosting and maintenance payment is not received on time, the website may be temporarily suspended until the pending payment is cleared.
4. Domain Name
If a free domain name is included in the package, it is only included for the first year.
Domain renewal charges after the first year will be paid by the client separately.
The availability of a specific domain name is not guaranteed. If the requested domain is not available, the client may need to choose another available domain name.
5. Delivery Time
Basic website delivery time is usually 24 to 48 hours after we receive complete details from the client.
Required details may include:
- Business name
- Logo
- Product images
- Product names
- Prices
- Descriptions
- Contact number
- Any other important information needed to complete the website
If the client delays sending required details, the delivery time may also be delayed.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing correct and complete information.
This may include:
- Business name
- Logo
- Product images
- Product names
- Product prices
- Product descriptions
- WhatsApp number
- Business contact details
- Any other content required for the website
Techvestly will not be responsible for delays caused by incomplete, incorrect, or late information from the client.
7. Revisions
Basic minor changes may be included after delivery.
Major changes, full redesign, extra pages, extra product uploads, or new feature requests may have additional charges.
8. Extra Products
The starter package includes limited product upload as mentioned on the website.
If the client wants to upload more products than the package includes, extra product upload charges may apply.
9. Payment Gateway
Payment gateway setup is not included in the starter package unless clearly mentioned.
The starter package may include COD option and WhatsApp order button.
If the client wants online payment gateway integration, it may be charged separately. Approval and setup of payment gateways may also depend on third-party providers.
10. Refund Policy
Once website setup work has started, the payment is non-refundable.
If the client cancels the order after work has started, no refund will be issued.
Refunds may only be considered if Techvestly is unable to start or deliver the service due to our own internal reason.
11. Website Suspension
If monthly hosting or maintenance payment is not paid on time, the website may be suspended.
The website can be restored after the pending payment is cleared.
Techvestly will not be responsible for any loss of sales, customers, orders, or business due to non-payment or suspension.
12. Content & Copyright
The client must provide legal and authorized content for their website.
The client is responsible for product images, brand names, logos, descriptions, and any other content provided to Techvestly.
Techvestly will not be responsible for copyright, trademark, or legal issues caused by content provided by the client.
13. Limitation of Service
Techvestly provides basic website setup services.
We do not guarantee sales, customers, traffic, ranking, business growth, or profit from the website.
Website success depends on the client’s products, pricing, marketing, customer service, and business operations.
14. Third-Party Services
Some services such as domain registration, hosting, plugins, payment gateways, WhatsApp, courier services, and other tools may depend on third-party providers.
Techvestly is not responsible for issues, downtime, approval delays, policy changes, or charges from third-party providers.
15. Changes to Terms
Techvestly may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated terms will be posted on the website. Continued use of our services means the client agrees to the updated terms.
