Products damaged due to misuse, wear & tear, or accidental drops will not be eligible for return.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days.

Refunds are made via bank transfer.

Shipping and COD fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Exchange Option
If you’d prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we’re happy to arrange that too (based on stock availability).
